Return Policy for YARDCOVE
At YARDCOVE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees are charged, and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price once your return is processed.
Eligibility & Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories.
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service team via email at [email protected] or call (206) 555-0123 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number and your order details inside the package.
- Ship the package to: YARDCOVE Returns, 1201 3rd Ave, Suite 2100, Seattle, WA 98101.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
